Therapeutic Foster Care Case Manager

Gateway Children’s Services is seeking candidates for a full-time Case Manager Position in our Therapeutic Foster Care Program. Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services, psychology, education or related field. Applicants must be over 21 years of age and must be able to pass a drug test, a background check and a CAN (Child Abuse & Neglect) check. The case manager will serve as the primary liaison between the foster family, foster youth, the Department of Community Based Services, the courts, and other parties involved in a youth's case plan. Position requires travel to and from foster home locations twice per month within a 1 to 1.5 hour radius of our Mt. Sterling home office with use of own vehicle. Ideal candidate would possess good documentation skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Office features (Word, Excel, Teams). Candidate must be willing to work a schedule that extends into the evening at times for home visits with clients.
