Community yard sale. $20 per space, which includes two parking spots. Can sell out of car. Or use both spots for belongings. Check in first come, first serve 7am-9 am. Yard sale starts at 9 am. Proceeds go to downtown revitalization and local charities. City Lot #1, behind downtown athletic club. Local businesses will participate with sidewalk sales.
