Frontier Housing's New Mutual Self Help Program!
Have you ever wanted to build your own home? Come learn how to get started! The Mutual Self-Help Housing Program is a way to help families and individuals in our area achieve home ownership. Frontier Housing will bring together 4-8 households who will work together to build each others' houses. Frontier will provide training and support. Construction experience is NOT required - just a willingness to learn and a commitment to work 30 hours a week.
We will be with you, every step of the way. Navigating the mortgage application and lending processes, Identifying and purchasing land, selecting your house plan and finishing options, and constructing your new home.
